Booking conversations
This website directs booking enquiries to WhatsApp or email. Opening a link does not send a message automatically. If you choose to send one, the information is handled by that service and the practice. Keep initial messages brief and avoid sending sensitive history or identification documents.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google appointment schedules, Facebook, and Psychology Today open services with their own privacy terms. A Google appointment link is displayed only when the practice configures one. Where the practice has enabled optional advertising measurement, a Google Tag Manager container is used to measure which adverts bring people to this website. It loads only after you accept, never before, and nothing is requested from Google if you decline. If optional Google Analytics is enabled, it likewise loads only after you accept. You can decline or change your choice at any time through Privacy choices. Analytics is configured for generic site usage and contact clicks without therapy page details, messages, names or appointment data. Google receives technical connection information when its tag loads.
Essential administration
The private admin area uses essential sign-in and authorisation cookies. Scheduling settings and a limited administrative activity log are stored on the server. If Google is connected, its access tokens are encrypted on the server. The scheduling tool does not ask for clinical notes.

Contact info@mytherapy.co.za to ask about information held by the practice, retention, access, or correction. The practice’s full client privacy arrangements, including confidentiality limits and any cross-border services, should be confirmed before treatment.
