Book your therapy session.
Riaan’s appointment diary is right here on this page: choose an available time, online or in person in Silver Lakes, Pretoria East. To book with Anna-Mart, send a WhatsApp message. If you’re unsure which service to choose, send us a short enquiry.

We welcome clients aged 14 and older. Both practitioners offer online sessions. Riaan sees clients online or in person in Silver Lakes, and his diary can be booked directly below. Anna-Mart works online only and is booked by WhatsApp. Once your booking is confirmed, the practice sends your estate access details or Google Meet link.
Let us know your name, country or time zone, and your general availability for an online appointment. If you prefer an in-person session with Riaan, mention that instead. If you know which practitioner you would like to see, you can mention that too.
You don’t need to include sensitive personal details. Therapists may be in sessions, so a reply may take time. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment; the practice will agree the details with you.
A familiar place to meet.
We’ll confirm your platform and send your appointment link before you meet. Open that link a few minutes early, settle into a private space, and we’ll take it from there.
When arranged on Google Meet, use the link sent for your session. Check your camera and microphone before joining.
Prefer Microsoft Teams? Ask us whether it can be arranged for your appointment.
Your confirmed appointment determines the platform. Platform names identify the meeting service; they do not indicate a partnership.
What happens next
Who can book?
The practice welcomes clients aged 14 and older. Riaan offers sessions online or in person in Pretoria East; Anna-Mart works online only.
Can I claim from medical aid?
Due to the fact that our clinicians are registered with professional bodies other than the HPCSA, you won’t be able to claim for our services in South Africa. For that reason, we offer packages to reduce fees.
What are the payment and cancellation arrangements?
The practice has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Payment is due on the day of the session when you receive the invoice, or at the practice for an in-person session. Contact the practice to change an appointment.
How do I book my first appointment?
Start with a short WhatsApp message. Let the practice know whether you prefer online or in-person sessions, and your general availability. The practice will discuss the right practitioner, current fees, and an available appointment with you.
Where is the practice?
Our current office is at 126 Nicklaus Street, Silver Lakes Golf Estate, Pretoria East. Monday–Thursday 09:00–19:00; Friday 09:00–17:00 (South African time). By appointment. Ask for directions and estate access arrangements when your appointment is confirmed.
Can I have therapy online?
Online sessions are our primary way of working. Enquiries from abroad are welcome; tell us your country and time zone so we can confirm suitability and practical arrangements. You will need a reliable connection and a private place to talk. The practitioner will discuss whether online support suits your circumstances.
How much does a session cost?
Please ask for the current fee for your practitioner and session type. Confirm the duration, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms before agreeing to an appointment.
Is a WhatsApp enquiry a booking?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation. Your appointment is confirmed only after the practice has agreed the details with you. Therapists may be in sessions, so replies may take time.
What should I share in my first message?
Your name, preferred session format, and general availability are enough. You do not need to send sensitive history, identification documents, or intimate details in a booking message.
