Which session should I choose?
The advertised catalogue includes an initial assessment, individual therapy and general support, trauma support, a 90-minute EMDR appointment, 90-minute couples therapy, and intimacy and sex therapy. The practice will recommend the format and confirm the applicable rate.
Can I claim from medical aid?
Due to the fact that our clinicians are registered with professional bodies other than the HPCSA, you won’t be able to claim for our services in South Africa. For that reason, we offer packages to reduce fees.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
The practice has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Contact us to change an appointment. Payment is due on the day of your session when you receive the invoice, or at the practice for an in-person session.
